Your Cold Plunge is ready to use, you don’t have to press any buttons unless you want to change the temperature.
You can control the temperature with the UP or DOWN buttons.

DO NOT INTRODUCE CHLORINE OR SALTS INTO THE COLD PLUNGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

It should only be opened if the house’s electricity is cut off during your stay.
Close it again properly if you have had to open it.

Guide for using Cold Plunge, including the ideal and progressive temperature and time for use:
Objective: To take advantage of the benefits of cold water immersion for muscle recovery and overall well-being.
Preparation Before Immersion
Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated before the session.
Appropriate Clothing: Wear a bathing suit or comfortable clothing. It is recommended to have towels on hand for drying off afterward.
Water Temperature
Ideal Range: The water temperature should be between 5 and 15 degrees Celsius (50 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit). If it’s your first time, start at the higher end (15°C) to acclimate to the cold.
Immersion Time
Beginners: Start with short sessions of 2 to 5 minutes.
Progression: As you become accustomed to the cold, you can gradually increase the immersion time
– Week 1: 2-5 minutes
– Week 2: 5-8 minutes
– Week 3: 8-12 minutes
– Week 4: 12-15 minutes
Maximum Limit: Do not exceed 20 minutes, even for experienced users.

Steps for Immersion
Gradual Entry: When getting in, enter slowly to allow your body to adapt to the temperature.
Controlled Breathing: Maintain deep and controlled breathing to help relax and manage the cold.
Posture: It may be helpful to keep your upper body out of the water, especially at first. This will aid in acclimatisation.
Gentle Movements: Feel free to gently move your limbs to avoid numbness, but avoid sudden movements.
Post-Immersion
Drying off: Exit the pool and dry yourself quickly with a towel.
Warming Up: Dress in warm clothing and do light exercises to raise your body temperature, such as walking.
Hydration: Drink water or an electrolyte drink to replenish fluids.
Frequency of Use
You can use the cold plunge 1 to 3 times a week, depending on your training intensity and recovery needs. And 1 o 3 times a day.
Safety Considerations
Consult a Professional: If you have pre existing medical conditions, consult a physician before using the ice baths.
Listen to Your Body: If you experience extreme pain or discomfort, exit immediately.

1- RESET: This button must be pressed after the power supply has been cut off and then returned.
2- TEST: If you have any doubts about whether it is working, press the TEST button and then RESET.
